Lorenzo Williams asks for your vote to serve Harris County as the Judge of Criminal County Court of Law No. 3.

Lorenzo was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  He graduated from Sterling High School completed his undergraduate degree at University of Houston, and obtained his law degree from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall College of Law.

Lorenzo is the third child of five children.  His mother served as a business/typing teacher in H.I.S.D. for over 36 years while his father worked for Southern/Union Pacific for 35 years.  Their hard work and dedication to their professions made a huge impression on him at an early age.  Lorenzo has always been involved with his community from organizing and setting up food drives to coaching youth sports, to volunteering at his local church. 

Lorenzo is a life long Democrat and a member of several various political groups and organizations.

Lorenzo began his legal career as a student at Texas Southern’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law.  After law school Lorenzo went to work for the Harrison County District Attorney’s Office in Marshall, TX.  Lorenzo eventually was hired by The Harris County District Attorney’s Office.  While serving his community as a prosecutor he tried many misdemeanor and felony cases.
